The short version

What we collect

Browsing. Like every website, the servers that deliver this site may keep standard technical records such as your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser type. These are used to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to identify you.

Waitlist (when it opens). We plan to ask for your email address, and only that, to send ACL news. We will tell you at sign-up exactly what is saved, why, and for how long. You will be able to leave the list at any time with one click.

Accounts, game data and payments. None exist yet. When they do, this notice will be updated before they launch.

Who is responsible

[Legal entity name, address and contact email to be added once the company is registered.]

Your rights

Depending on where you live, data-protection laws (for example in Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa and the EU) may give you rights to know what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or limit its use, withdraw consent, and complain to your national data-protection authority. Counsel will confirm which laws apply. Once we hold any personal data, write to the contact above to use these rights.

Age

ACL is for sports and games fans. The waitlist is intended for people aged [minimum age to be confirmed by counsel] and over. If you are younger, please ask a parent or guardian before sharing any personal information. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
